General Terms and Conditions of apartment Ella in Heidelberg

The apartment is considered as booked as soon as we confirm your stay via mail.
After you recieved a booking confirmation a deposit needs to be made. In the booking confirmation there will be information about the paying procedure. The total amount of money needs to be payed in cash at the latest at the day of your arrival. Only the amount of people confirmed in the booking confirmation are allowed to stay at the apartment. Both apartments are none smoking apartments. At apartment A you may smoke at the balcony. The total amount of money includes electricity, water, bed linen and towels. Wifi is for free. You can check in the apartment at 3 p.m. ( or like agreed in the booking confirmation). Check-out time is at 10:30 a.m. The visitor should leave the apartment in a clean condition to the owner. Are there any demages the owner needs to be informed immidiately. Otherwise the apartment is considered hand over in perfect condition.

Bevor you leave we kindly ask you to
Only put back clean dishes into the shelves. Nothing should be left in the fridge. Take out the trash. Close the windows.
If the apartment is in a bad/dirty condition we will additionally charge a cleaning fee. If there is damage to anything in the apartment the visitor will need to pay for it; the visitor is liable for all other persons attending. We might ask for a deposit.

Cancellation regulations
Cancellation 4 weeks before your stay will be for free. If you have to cancel your reservation before your stay ( less than 3 weeks) we unfortunately need to charge you 80 % of the total payment. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 90% of the total payment.
Changes or additional agreements will be accepted if there is a written proof.
We advise you to inform yourself about a travel cancellation insurance.
With your reservation you accept the prices, travel and payment conditions mentioned above.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.

Gerichtsstand
Gerichtsstand für sämtliche zwischen den Parteien aus dem Vertragsverhältnis ergebenden Streitigkeiten ist das Gericht, in dessen Bezirk sich die Ferienwohnung befindet.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
